There were persistent beggars and hawkers constantly camped out in front of the hotel entrance.

As a guest during New Year's, we enjoyed the amazing city views from our room. The in-room glass covered balcony was fantastic. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and the food at the restaurants was delicious and affordable. the various amenities like the steam room, sauna, indoor swimming pool, and massage services offered at the hotel made our visit memorable.

The hotel's location proved to be inconvenient, it was far from the airport and nature parks, which required too much time travelling through congested city streets. The bed mattress was hard and very low to the floor, and the slippery shower stall was a safety concern.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the two complimentary drinks offered and the shuttle service to nearby attractions. The location was convenient as it was near many restaurants and shops. I also enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel.

Some areas need improvement as the breakfast was not satisfactory and the cleanliness in certain areas was inadequate. There were also some disturbances in the lobby area during the evening.
